Refund policy

General Terms and Conditions

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us. All prices are in Euro and are subject to VAT @ 23 % for deliveries within the EU and post and packing charges are added to all deliveries.

Complaints

Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing, within two days after the advertised delivery period. 10 days from date of invoice.

Right to Return Goods:

We want you, our customer to be satisfied with purchases from Siopa na bhFíodóirí Lisbeth Mulcahy purchases. As such, and in accordance with the The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC), we offer customers a full and undisputed refund on any goods which are returned within 14 days of delivery, provided such goods conform to the following conditions:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, this means

a) Item unworn and unwashed

b) Item is undamaged in anyway

c)Item is in the original packaging

If an item is returned and smells of smoke, body odour, perfume / aftershave, cooking / food or is stained with makeup we cannot issue a refund / exchange. Likewise if any item has been cleaned in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund / exchange. If an item is not returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery, we cannot process a refund. In this case, we may, however, offer you the option of a credit note to be used online.

Postage costs will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to return the item to us using a registered delivery or courier service. We will not accept any responsibility for items which are lost in the post.

Compensation

Claims for compensation due to inaccurate illustrations, or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded.

Colour of Products

The colour of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product colour due to the nature of photographic reproduction.

Deliveries

The goods are delivered against payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa or Paypal).

Delivery Options:

Free Shipping: On all orders over €100 within Ireland.

Standard Delivery: Deliveries dispatched with regular untracked post.

Registered Delivery: Deliveries dispatched with track and trace post.

Delivery area and period

Deliveries are made worldwide. Delivery charges are added to the displayed price of the scarf, stole, throw or wall hanging.

Delivery dates are outlined below. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.

Republic Of Ireland: Usually within 4 business days

United Kingdom: Usually within 7 business days

EU: Usually within 14 business days

Rest of the World: Usually within 21 business days
